Aronya (Aronia melanocarpa (Michx.) Elliott)’nın Mikroçoğaltımında Bitki Büyüme Düzenleyicilerinin Etkileri

Bu çalışmada, aronyanın mikroçoğaltımı üzerine farklı büyüme düzenleyicilerin etkileri araştırılmış olup Nero aronya çeşidinde, Benzil amino purin (BAP), İndol butirik asit (IBA), Gibberallik (GA3) bitki düzenleyicileri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada 5 çoğaltma ortamı (Birinciortam-1 mg L-1 BAP+0.01 IBA, ikinci ortam-0.5 IBA+0.5 GA3, üçüncü ortam-1 BAP+0.02 dördüncü IBA+1 beşinci ortam-2 GA3) denenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, eksplant başına düşen sürgün sayısı (4.56 adet/eksplant), boyu (20.25 mm/eksplant) ve boğum (4.72 adet/eksplant) bakımından, 1 IBA+ GA3 içerikli Murashige Skoog (MS) denenen diğer ortamlardan daha avantajlı bulunmuştur. Elde edilen veriler ışığında, mikroçoğaltımında, tek bir düzenleyicinin değil, düzenleyici kombinasyonlarının birlikte etkisinin incelenmesi gerektiği ortaya çıkmıştır.
